I watched the ATL-ORL game tonight bc I miss seeing KP do his thing. The 🦄 looked healthy and he is sorely missed.
I think the plan is very simple for this team in the long run. Brad will attempt once again to bring in two players that will coincide with JT and JB. This has been the formula since he became the guy making the choices. They are going to let it ride for better or worse this year. I think you are seeing the limitations in Simon’s game however. When he is hot you don’t want to be on the opposing side. But when he isn’t he struggles to find passes to open players, isn’t the highest effort player on either side of the ball and defensively he is being switched for was buckets every game.

The jazz actually aren’t as bad as folks are making it seem Filipowski and George would be on some nights the second and third best players on this years Celtics team
When Jaylen Brown is on the floor, the team tends to do well because he is getting points and his gravity is helping others to get open shots; however, once he is taken out, the team just crumbles and cannot score….
I've birdied alot of holes too! LOL
Its just clear to me:
1. Joe needs to put more size into the rotations.
2. The simons experiment isnt working and he should be traded for a starter level big.
3. We need more "talent in size" to solve our problems and to force joe to stop playing small ball.

I just want to say that I agree the Cs should've never been in a position to lose to the jazz but I also think it is a BIG deal to not get that call .. they shouldn't have been in that situation but they were and JB busted his ass all game to put them in a position to win that game despite that n it got ripped from him n for that he can go as crazy as he wants on all these refs!
After watching this, im going to watch the top prospects on next year’s draft 😢😅😂

Bad season for Pritchard and White to have a bad season. But there's a lot of ball to play. Tides will turn. And it's a no-lose. We either suck and, effectively, tank or we win and exceed expectations. Can still make changes mid-season, either way. All that said, we seem to shoot lights out from inside the arc, to a man. Q: Can Joe & Co shift gears and release their death clutches on the almighty algorithmic 3-balls? Inquiring minds want to know….
I’d rather get a top pick this year than go 41-41 to make JB feel good about himself and ultimately leave for his own team
We gotta get this win tonight against a 1-6 Wizard Team whos dropped their last 5 games they are averaging 2.1 more points than us a game, 4.1 More rebounds a game, 3.9 More Assists, blocking is nearly the same, celtics averaging 2.2 more steals a game this is a game we absolutely can not lose i understand its early in the season but a game like this matters

this is why PP should come off the bench. afernee is more dynamic as a scorer and may give some relief to d white. jb looks slow out there but maybe it is his injury but he is scoring which makes me think he is losing some athleticism. he looks like an old 29 year old.

Just remember how good we all felt when they won 3 in a row. Now we feel shitty they lost 2. Much of the season is going to be like this in general. A little up a little down – winning 38 or 45 is likely gonna come down to one “big” streak one way or the other.
Could it be the effect of playing faster and harder on defense.
John as usual your always great and Tom is too I love you guys! You guys think they way I do and I am worried that JB will want to leave cause he is not getting the supporting. help. The roles for White, Pritchard have changed drastically however I had hoped they would figure it out and be that support JB needs. Also Simon's was a 25pt guys in Portland and I'd hoped that could transfer over here is Boston. Its not like Portland didnt play great teams Simon's role obviously is different coming off the bench yet he is still a great scorer. It seems like we start well then fall off agtwr the 1st quarter ans thats a problem for the entire team especially JB who has been phenomenal. I hope we figure it out and not lose JB cause that would be devastated even when Tatum comes back cause Tatum would be in this situation as well.
