I had them at #6 actually, their game against the cavs during the preseason showed me how good Josh Giddey is and that he is going to lead the bulls to my dark horse team this season and as a Raptors fan, I hate to say that the Bulls are good but they are
Man shut up about Queen , Noah fits the style of play and is one of the youngest players on the NBA… he’s 18 years old and turns 19 in Dec. if you watched him in Summer League he didn’t look bad just let them Develop him and get his body stronger . He gets to the foul line , plays defense and gets out and run. With Giddey it’s a match
I think they prove tanking is slightly overrated tbh. The thunder maybe the best drafting team ever so yeah. But like the jazz, wizards, nets have been tanking for ages with no signs of improvement. The magic have tetered, the pistons feel a tad stagnant. But then again the raptors who have never tanked aren't great too. I think it all goes to show that team building is very hard in the NBA. And that tearing it down and tanking isn't always the answer.
I need to see a larger sample size. If you look at the standings at the same time last year, you'll see that the first 5-6 games don't really tell you much about who the last teams standing will be. I'm excited about the hot start but won't get too worked up just yet.

I was surprised about Giddey’s contract, I thought there’d be a lot more optimism about his development
