    Ja/Small/Cam (Ty/Pippen hurt)– KCP/CC (VW hurt) — Wells/Jitty — JJJ/Santi/GG (so, we'd put GG here, in the 3rd offensive PF spot, I guess) Jock/Hall (Edey Hurt) OMax (Clarke hurt) and at some point Mashack.

    I'm done with Javon Small. His shot selection has been terrible. If you are not name Ja Morant or Jaren Jackson Jr. you should not be allowed to dribble the ball down the court and take a shot without a pass. He is supposed to be a PG and I've seen him do that SEVERAL times. Every time I see it I want to throw my remote.

    What I don't understand is why is this thread so anti grizzlies. If this is who considers themselves to be fans the Grizzlies don't need any enemies they all wear their jerseys.

    My spooky hot take is that a player that has to be moved on from is JJJ, he does not fit well with the pick n roll system around ja morant, and the grizzlies would benefit with a player like bam adebayo rather than Jaren

    It's not the system. You have to have a strong rebounder on the court when Jaren is on the court. JJJ averages 5.2 and Wells averages 3 rebounds a game. Kleiman should have prioritize signing a more capable center with the 8 million Landale got. Landale is not paid to be a end of the bench player. He was never meant to be that. If you start Coward he will not get the same offensive looks. He has the 3d highest PPG on the team. He also gets start type minutes. I do think KCP is cooked, not because of his shooting it's his defense.

    The starting lineup as a whole doesn't fit well together. KCP and Wells are inconsistent shooters. Wells is not a starter yet. His shooting is not the problem alone. He hasn't shown another element to his game besides on the ball defense. Wells doesn't rebound or play make either. Wells coming off the bench would be a better fit. KCP is cooked, he is not giving us 3orD. Landale is not it. The guy was supposed to be playing at least 15 minutes a game. I can't be the only person seeing players blow by this guy. We should have signed Capela. If anything the Grizzlies should try to fix the backup center position. Don't tell me Clarke is capable, thats why he's getting hurt. A 6'7 PF playing to much at center. He gets bodied under the rim to much. GG will not get another opportunity on this team. There is no point to play Konchar over GG. Williams Jr. minutes are cut too Cam Spencer has earned it. It will be GG, Williams Jr., and Konchar without minutes going forward . KCP and Landale are vets not delivering. Clarke can't be trusted to be healthy. All 6 should be trade candidates that can bring in valuable assets or they can bring in players who fit the team if they package 2nd rd picks with them.
