Kenny Atkinson praises the efforts in the Cleveland Cavaliers 117-109 victory over the Atlanta Hawks
Donovan Mitchell made eight 3-pointers and scored a season-high 37 points in his return to Cleveland’s lineup, leading the Cavaliers to a 117-109 win on Sunday night over the Atlanta Hawks, who are navigating the early season without injured star guard Trae Young.
Mitchell was back after missing Friday’s home loss to Toronto with hamstring tightness.
The six-time All-Star finished 8 of 15 from long range. He scored 24 points in the second half. It was Mitchell’s 200th game with the Cavs, who are 139-61 when he’s on the floor.
Jalen Tyson dropped a career-best five 3s and scored 18 points for Cleveland. De’Andre Hunter also had 18, and Evan Mobley finished with 14.
Jalen Johnson had 23 points and 13 rebounds for the Hawks. Kristaps Porzingis added 15 points and 12 boards.

You are not unlocking mobley
Mobley has not been scoring enough points
Great win by the cavs and mostly impressed on how JT has been playing lately. As for Evan I think we need to lower the expectations around him. He may or may not be the franchise player that the cavs envision him. Right now the goal for him this season is that he should be averaging double double and should develop a signature or go to move then next year he should be averaging 20 & 10. What I'm trying to say is that cavs should take an approach on his developments little by little.
The Browns are so much of a joke hell they even lost yesterday on the bad week!!!!!!
Mobley doesn’t have it. He cant dribble good enough, loses it way to often, not a natural shooter, to gangly, to wimpy, he gets pushed off his spot, cant consistently back anyone down, does not have good touch around the rim or mid range jumper. And not a determined or killer instinct. Probably couldn’t even avg 11 rebounds a gamer at 7 ft. Trade him before everyone else knows he is not going to be anything but a slightly above average player. Is this his 5th year, what the F. Why is it obvious to me and not everyone else.
