Well, as of now the Bucks stats say otherwise. There number have been better than the last two season (first 5 games).
Swipa and Ox are those what it looks like in paper type guys.

God forbid a team improves without signing big names. Milwaukee has easily improved there defensive situation while also leaning more into the Celtics game plan of spamming 3’s.

I don’t even like the Bucks and thought they wouldn’t do well this season, but I’m willing to change my opinion because they look like they’re playing well. Swipa is so determined that you have to stay with the opinion you had before teams were playing. Dude, you can change your mind.
I believe it’s very simply. Aside from the Knicks, no other team in the East has proven capable of making a deep playoff run and I’m saying that as a Cavs Fan. Bucks could take advantage of that

One thing I hate about Swipa is he can be clearly wrong and he won’t admit when he’s wrong. The Bucks aren’t a bad team at all and Im not a fan Giannis I feel like he never will change a bad take unless he’s forced to change it. It’s ridiculous at this point.

As a Buck fan, I understand the lack of faith in this team from the three prior seasons. Facts absolutely right, we have a brunch of role players and Giannis; on paper looks very mid I respect the takes. Gone spend the block in January and see how we looking(Bucks). It’s too early right now to say who the top teams are or not in the east. It’s wide open and anybody can come on top I believe.
As a Bucks fan, there is an insane amount of misconceptions about the Bucks this season.
1. Myles Turner is NOT the 2nd option on this team. He's there to keep the offense moving, space the floor, protect the rim, and give effort on defense. All of those things he is very good at. And YES, he's MUCH better than Brook Lopez currently.
2. This team is designed in a way where on any given night, any of the starting 5 and 3 or so bench players can go for 10+ points. It's purposefully built without a definite 2nd or 3rd option, so Giannis can create the offense where ever he wants.
3. Ryan Rollins won't drop 30 every single night, but he is absolutely having a breakout season. He's possibly the best defender on the team, and he's an effective slasher and shot creator.
4. This team is actually very talented AND cohesive, they're just not flashy with big names. Instead of having 2 S tier players, and a decent or bad supporting cast, It's 1 SS tier player and 9 B tier players. This bench is very deep.
5. In years past the game plan was to let Dame and Giannis combine for 70 and pray that we survive. Now they actually have an identity and fully fleshed out game plan. Giannis runs point forward surrounded by shooters who are also great defenders. The bench crew runs on exactly the same plan, except it's Kuz filling in the gaps and keeping the offense moving. Say what you want about Kuz but he's fully bought into his role and it is working.
There's more but w/e these are just some things from the video I felt are being misrepresented. None of these people actually watch the games and it's obvious just from listening to them. Dude saying that AJ Green can't keep it up all season… as if he didn't already do it for the entire 2024-25 season lmao. A lot of people are about to be shocked by this Bucks team.
