    Sometimes to change, you need to change your surroundings and environment … Sometimes that allows you to individualized, to analyze, to take that hard look at your situation, where you were, where you at now and more importantly that hard look at yourself, the roll you played in why things has gotten to this point, what i can do to impact change in my life, to grow and gather my thoughts and self together, so in essence, change is what he might need to do, it might be very beneficial to the continuation and in fact longevity of his career, ja is 26 yrs old, time to figure it out and get it together ! Change Is Needed And Fast

    This is a organization probably not Ja not Tuomas it's the franchise. No star players want to be there and young talent die there or barely escape. Memphis Grizzlies are known for not caring about the coaching staff or players they fire or trade without a real cause behind it.     So I gotcha when you said everybody go through this then you said ( as if it’s more important than everyday working folks ) but basketball or sports period but then denied its not about being in the spot light I’m like 😅 🤨 but if your in the spot light or not a 9-5 depending on the job, most likely it’s a team effort … boss might not like you , coworkers might like you but if your getting ish done and producing they’ll derail with you ..until the so called “ next you “ come along or have the same work quality they’ll take it and get rid of you and so call “ take their power back “ and if I’m wrong the so be it I’m human ..

    Hate to say it, but you wrong my guy… Ja needs to go to a boring ass city where he can get peace and just focus on his game… Spurs is good, Magic is good, Bucks is good, but hot cities like miami where theres too much action and buffoonery, he needs to stay away from those cities
