Spurs didn’t punk anyone…. That trash zone defense is what beat the rockets…. That early 2000’s defense DOES NOT WORK IN TODAY’S NBA… spurs had so many wide open 3’s…had Harrison barns looking like curry.
Where is the accountability. Your offense is basic and he tries to out talent teams instead of running consistent sets. Obviously the zone isn’t working so try a trap or something else.
The Rockets will be a first-round exit. They can't continue without multiple floor generals, they don't even have one. Making a move for Ja Morant or Trae Young should NOT be out of the question.

Quit the zone defence, find a pg, let Sengun touch the ball every possesion like Jokic does and let KD and Amen finish. KD is a finisher not a facilitator and Amen is a diffrent beast off the ball. We don't need new inventions just use the effective methods coach, you know better

Coach KD is a finisher….get creative finding ways to get KD the ball on the move and zone is difficult to rebound out of most teams simply won't bring the correct energy to out rebound us. Tonight the Spurs did and the zone helped them.

The spurs aren't as good as the Rockets. The Rockets played lackadaisical. They have 1 play. Too many Iso's. We don't have a Jordan or Kobe so run a couple of plays besides that monotonous pic and roll. Run weaves and swing the ball. I don't want to trade Van fleet but we need a crafty point guard. Man y’all gotta chill man 😂 we 8 games in and y’all think you got all the answers. Rockets don’t have their floor general and DFS is still recovering. In the west they are 5-3. I know y’all want them to win every game but that’s not possible in today’s game. Somebody gonna get you on any given night. This is still predominantly a YOUNG team so sometimes this effort happens. For some of y’all to question Ime and how he coaches though is BEYOND me??!!! 😂 Rockets are who they are now because of HIM!! Yes the players are SUPER talented but….his coaching is what takes them to the next level. Now as far as KD dude is 37 and he is getting MAULED out there. Cut him some slack because it is still VERY EARLY!!! He will find his rhythm and the feel for how his teammates like to play (such as their sweet spots, movements, etc) and vice versa. The zone will be what it used to be fully later but you have to keep running it until everyone is on a string. You don’t just give up on it this early because you’ll need it later on. I see some of y’all saying the league is too good for zone……YOUR WRONG!!! The league is too good for man to man because damn near everyone can score in a 1 v 1 concept. So please just relax they will clean it up and soon enough turn into the JUGGERNAUT that we all know they can be!!! 🚀🚀⬆️⬆️
Early turnovers was the players. Late turnovers was coaching. You saw they were hounding KD and he was not responding well. And you still kept letting him hold it. He's not the facilitator you're trying to force him to be.
