Raptors Bench MOB Steals the Show Against 76ers

The Toronto Raptors lost to the Philadelphia 76ers in a valiant effort on the second night of a back-to-back without Jakob Poeltl. The Raptors bench dominated, Scottie Barnes did what he could, but it wasn’t enough.

  2. If Embiid didn’t keep flopping and getting calls and if the refs made the right calls, Scottie stays on the floor and we could’ve very well gone on and won the game. Scottie only had 31 mins. If he gets 35-36 mins we likely win the game

  3. You lost! Why are you applauding the 50 bricks you put up in the second half. Glad you low expectation losers are happy with finishing in second place in the game. Go Sixers.

  4. Jakobe has been nothing but a negative every time he’s on the floor this season. Why is he still getting minutes over Battle or Ochai?

  5. I think it might help Jakobe to go down to the 905 for a bit. Giving him more time to work on his game and not feel like he needs to look over his shoulder as much. I think Ochai and Gradey off the bench is enough and that'll give Jamison some opportunity as well.

  6. This is exactly how I want IQ to play on offense. Great great game by him. Needs to be putting up 10 threes at minimum per game every night imo

  7. At the end of the day the team does not work without a center, Poetl taps in a few rebounds for scores every game and hauls down more rebounds with him than without, with Poelt in this game we have a shot to win this game.

They need to trade for a true backup center Trace Jackson-Davis seems to have fallen out of grace with Curr. See if the Raptors can get him straight up for Ochai. We cant pay Ochai next year and he is the 3-D guy Curr likes. We get out of cap jail with this trade, Jackson-Davis good rebounder and shot blocker and at least reasonable scorer, he is a good replacement when Poetl is out. I even throw in a 2nd as we are asking the Warriors to eat some salary here. Worth it to get out of cap jail

  8. There are only three players I saw that the Raptors could NOT stop (physically and schematically) even when we were still strong defensively…Lebron, Zion and Tyrese Maxey.
