I think it's time to call it quits with JKidd, he had his time but this team has no system whatsoever, it's like everybody is just taking turns probing and trying to make something. Rick Carlisle has done more with less specially with those 2013 and 2014 Mavs teams. If you look at our roster, we have the personnel and it's not bad at all and I honestly think that our record doesn't reflect the talent that we have but we just don't have the system to set those guys up for success. I say we call it a day with this Kidd and I suggest we try and poach Chris Quinn from the Heat.
