I'm a big defender of Wemby shooting 3's opposite of other people that hate it when he does it, but shooting 9 threes when you're that tall and could be so dominant in the paint, it doesn't sit right with me, and I'm not even blaming Wemby here because he did what was best for him to score points. The coaching staff need to find a way for the floor to open up more so Wemby can dominate the paint like against Dallas. Teams tend to double or triple team him and when he gets the ball he sometimes gets it really far away from the rim. The best version of the Spurs will be with a dominant Wemby in the paint, not outside

Sorry guys, I am not a Lakers fan but the truth of the matter is: Big Teams/Rich Teams have bigger chances of winning the championship.
Good game defensively and offensively apart from Vic’s dumb 3s that he needs to do away with. Vic is an exceptional player and from mediocre to bad at 3s. He was mediocre in year 1, mediocre in year 2 and it’s never gonna change. He should come to terms with it. If he had stuck to a center position instead of behind the arc so many times, he would have had 4-5 offensive rbds instead of 0 and ended up with sth like 25 pts 22 rbds. Against a good team, this bad 3s gamble by Vic would have cost a loss, for sure. It’s also stupid because if he goes on with dumb 3s, he may be eliminated from the MVP race…
Players just need development, one reason for wemby going harder and harder inside is his low % of three this year. As long as its not harming the win rate, just take it as training practice, they definitely knows what they are doing. Its pelicans come on

Too many turnovers and after 3 straight games struggling in the post he starts chucking threes again. So much for the growth and maturity.
Wemby is overrated.
To me, keeping the focus mainly on Victor is a mistake… coz this year, I see at least 6 triggers able to set SA Spurs as an unstoppable bulldozer!
The whole team has levelled up, so now Victor's main duty should turn to destroy opponents strategy…as a shield, as a control tower, as a mind set destroyer as well.
He is smart, very smart…and I see his height as an opponent magnet, allowing his team to explode!!
The Spurs' success stands in constantly changing their attack angle, as a starving predator would do…
