    I’m not sure what the hell Parsons is even talking about. He’s acting like popularity and hype equate to capability as a star or superstar player on a championship team. Saying Giddy isn’t the talent of LaMelo or Ja is irrelevant if their other attributes prevent them from actually translating that talent into production and wins. His blanket statements about superstardom and his conclusions on who he’d start a team with are retahhhhded

    Well Chandler, Giddey already has his shoe lol. Granted it’s from Puma, but it’s still shoe! Also, Nike has been in a major decline for a while now. Just look at the stock.

    In todays CBA when you pay a player like Lamelo or Zac Lavine that don't drive winning your team is doomed to failed because they eat up to much of the salary cap.

Lamelo Ball is a HIGHLIGHT HOOPER. Josh Giddey while not as athletically gifted as Lamelo, is a LEGITAMATE BASKETBALL PLAYER. Lamelo Ball was Jordan Poole before Jordan Poole. Lamelo makes Kyle Kuzma look like he has a high bball IQ. Does Lamelo have sick highlights? Absolutely. Does Lamelo play WINNING basketball? FUCK NO.

    Either you guys are dumb as rocks, or engagement farming like a mfer.

    Love Lamelo. The man is an instant highlight reel. But let's be real at this point. Lamelo ain't no winner. Giddey is. We saw it in OKC and now we see it in Chicago when he's that dude. Might not be as flashy. But until Melo figures out how to win in the league (and stay healthy) this is an easy answer.
