Absolutely correct on that compete level, it is high and that’s OK. That’s what we want. We just wanna see them compete and I just sit around and let people have their way. I would like to see Zack and DeRozan pick up their defense level. And let the youngsters play Renaud in Clifford. Keep giving them minutes, the more the merrier!
Dennis drop some very valuable 3’s when we needed them, He did get a little into foul trouble but for the most part, I believe there’s a chemistry and a balance between him and Russell like Ying and yang, but it’s hard to see cause it’s too early in the season how this pans out. But for now I believe we’ll play it by ear and let it develop on its own. I’ve always been a Russell Westbrook fan, I Couldn’t believe we were picking him up, I don’t know why they let him go but hey! What they say one man’s trash, and Russell has been a treasure for us so far. He’s just a beast on the court, man, a dog, a straight dog!
Yeah, until Keegan is back. You start your highest performers. Zach, Russ, Demar, Dennis, Domas. You are guard heavy but Russ brings rebounding. Guard heavy roster, lean in.

They’ve been competing in every game, as you said, they’ve only lost by double digits in one game since the start of the season. And they’ve blown leads in games they could’ve won. If they can learn how to not lose the leads compete on every possession and scrap on every possession, the whole dynamic and culture of this franchise will change into a winning franchise under coach, Doug Christie. That he is and should be the future of this team. Between Scott Perry and Doug Christie, I wish we would’ve had Bibby on our coaching staff, but between those two and the rest of the coaching staff, I see a bright future for us. We need to sift out the senior citizens and bring in younger players. It’s just as simple.

Kinda interesting to see how they will do. They are missing Keegan and I think it could be interesting at the end of the year. If Keegan starts the season, we would be 6-1 probably and we would be having a different conversation so Idk…. this is interesting
I still wonder if Michael Jordan should have been a starter.
I hear a lot of pessimism about this team. I don’t agree. When healthy I think this roster can win 45+ games. There is a lot of talent / scoring on this team. We need an identity and to get healthy.

Russ is near ALL STAR when he starts. nowhere near as good off the bench.
Trade DeRozan for Grant, Schröder/Lavigne/Grant/Westbrook/ Sabonis starting five. Murray is back, he can start on the bench then gradually take over the starting five and Grant on the bench or stay on the bench.
Dillon Brooks could work too for more artifices lol

too easy for Westbrook. He can facilitate, rebound, guard bigger than him. Kings matter now because of Westbrook. Westbrook works hard and play more than 100% just like MJ and Kobe. So just continue give Westbrook the minutes because majority wants to see Westbrook play. Go Russ.
