I think Ja can fix his shooting especially over the offseason but the eye test looks worrying.
Some of the shots Ja looked hesitant to take and his 3pt form was not consistent.
His FTs over the last couple of years indicate that he has too much talent to not figure it out but right now it's rough.
Just trade Ja already. As a season ticket holder…watching this guy move at half speed and look disinterested is maddening. F**k Ja, time to move on.
Ja doesn't love basketball and the only person keeping him from success is himself. He doesn't appreciate his opportunity in the NBA and wants to rest on his laurels. He will never br great because of his mindset and motor.
Ja is trying to play below the rim and he’s never done that. I know why he is but it’s taking him time to adjust
It's worse than concerning, its over. He was just as bad most of last season. This is who he is now.
Only people that are truly talented can stand in their own way to slow them down. I hope Ja finds his rhythm. I think he will. And the whole city gonna be screaming call 12 again. This offense just has to work out the kinks and get the injuries under control and who knows. We might see something great. Go Grizz

Let's see it from the other teams POV. You got Ja and Jaren… then who else? Although your current roles players can be aggressive and take the good shots, they're just not falling in for them. You at least had to keep a modest guard on Bane and Kennard when they were on the floor. Your missing that depth that focuses around Ja, Scotty, and Ty keeping that ball moving within your starting lineup and/or bench. Ja said himself a few nights ago that he has to turn the ball over less and GM Zack Kleinman said that having this ball handling depth(you only got 1/3 of them right now) would be the difference maker. Cam and Vince aren't quite cutting it has handlers quite yet and their shot % has suffered a bit. Oh yeah, plus your paint defense and rebounding in Edey and Clarke is also out. Maybe you let GG cook for a few games and someone sits out for a moment? Beginning of the year and maybe the gears aren't all turning yet. Just don't fall too far behind in the standings. Half of your main rotation is not playing.
