I’ll trade Luka for Gianni’s,antman,sga,ja, even lamelo or jokic that’s it trading for ad is like trading for Embid it was terrible it was almost like trading for Kawhi Nico did the worst trade in nba history period
Unfortunately injuries are killing that team.
Second worst move by an executive. The worst one ever IMO was Josep Bartomeu balooning Barcelona's wages in 2020-21, which almost lead to the death of the club. And if you wanna point to a catalyst for it, then it was selling Neymar to PSG.

The owners should have been fired
Nico did this to get attention and he got what he wanted and now he is fired and still getting more attention than anything else in sports

So when the owner says no thanks to that player and his future contract, by fans logic nico should have quit so they know it wasnt his idea. In pro sports today no owner is just letting gms do whtever they want, especially when it comes to contracts that are $300 mil.
not really a mavs fan … im more of a mavs fans fan !! and this is the worst trade in sports history! this one hurt and still today me and my friend still talk about that trade. we were happy to hear about nico getting fired but the damages have been done already
Ownership should have stepped in though. There is no way he made that move without their Knowles that he was planning to do it. They should have stopped it.
Ahhh it's up there but the Herschel Walker/Ricky Eilliams trades are strong arguments as well.
