Trade AD and get a couple 1st rounders plus a young player w/upside. Trade Klay for whatever you can get. Keep Kyrie through the season and see what he wants to do this summer. Keep the rest of the roster in tact.

They're in a rebuild, so trading Kyrie, AD, Klay, etc., allows the team to get back some draft picks they control, and build around guys like Flagg, Washington, and Christie.

You are not getting anything back for AD at this point. Other GM's have been watching, and they aren't making that mistake. This is one that the Mavs will likely have to eat prior to getting beyond it. About the best thing that the Mavs could do at this point would be to trade Cooper.

Problem is if you trade AD you need a center back and a point guard..not gonna get much back like brook lopez and Kriss dunn but at least you open cap space and brook can space the paint for coop
