Love watching BI go to work! Scottie with the no looks killing me š. Keep up the great workš«”
Against nets is doing a lot of lifting here for the whole team are these all just glazing react videos that raps republic publishes? The team looked weak for a full 3 quarters against a very deficient team, what game are you all watching?
BI was 6/10 from inside the arc tonight. Heās averaging 60% on mid range shots to start the year. Thatās pretty unstoppable if you ask me!
Hiā¦? āNo oneā needs Jakob to be healthy more than Jakob(!). Peaceš¬ļøā¹š½āāļø.
Once he clears this 2 game 3 pt slump its over. And for the love of GOD can we move on from the water bottle incident smh
Go look at his numbers the last few years from not just midrange but these categories you refer too
ātough shot makingā
from the wing position and all positions in general he was always top 2 in toughest shots takenā¦.but also toughest shots made and on efficiency.
Heās been one of the leagues premiere iso scorer for years now analytically and from eye test too. Iāve watched him every game for 8+ years now. He can go toe to toe with any scorer from skill alone. The 3 Ball will fall again and he needs to pull up more on the ball with the 3. Glad raptor fans arenāt shitting on him for this kind of play cuz this is the kind of player you need in the playoffs when the offense stalls. Pels fans took it for granted and now all the podcasters are complaining and lost. BI keeps offenses alive. he was always thrown with the āBI keep us afloat for 4-5 minsā lineup for years with and similarly is in a lineup here with the Raptors too. his shot making allows a coach to keep an offense going and buy you some minutes for other players. not only that it allows you to keep games close and a team going when nothing is working
It feels like this team has a high floor but a mid ceiling – hope FO addresses via trade a few glaring weaknesses of the current squad
Smooth
Who the fuk jomin?
Yes agreed for sure Jakob is still very much injured ,
This is what happens when your back is stuff after injury , when you warm it up it feels like your 100% , look out for that in future games
If he is sluggish in the first half and looks like Old Jakob in the second half he is still very much recovering.. I wish we had a backup big .. so as to give him adequate rest..
There are BIG questions to be asked about IQ and RJ and you are avoiding them.
agree about Batttle playing more. He needs to shoot.
The notorious BI3 taking notes from the Current MVP! SGA who is on to another MVP. All I have to say is that is a good role model to model your game after. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander our Canadian young man. Yes sir!!
Wait till Brandon InGOAT heals completely. He'll show you Raptors fans how good he was with the Pelicans, who were in the more dominant West. He could average 27 ppg with the Raptors if hes fully healthy.
A win is a win. People can talk about how ugly a win or loss is, but that does not matter in the end. What matters is what you did right or wrong when it was a tight competitive game. I think the raptors last night believed they were just gonna go in there and roll over a team that everyone rolled over, but they put up a fight this time. They ultimately got the win when they locked in. There are a couple of veterans on this team, but they are still widely young. There is still so much growth for a lot of this roster. Jakob is the only guy, really that we know the ceiling of. Ingram says he's not quite where he wants his game to be. Scottie Barnes is improving every game, in my opinion. RJ has been everything you would want out of a star trade acquisition. He's done nothing but put up career best numbers while fitting within the various systems. IQ had a slow start, but he's looked in rhythm lately and has strung together some really good games. Jakob looks unhealthy? I dont know. He does not look like the usual poeltl we are used to when he's out there. The bench has been fruitful to start the year as well. Whether it's Collin, Jamal Gradey, or Sandro, they've been really holding down the 2nd unit. Defense overall needs to really put things together. Yes, they can be disruptive and steal the ball in passing lanes, but if they're not doing that, they're kinda just letting them blow by for easy takes at the rim. That needs to be cut down even if it's a little bit. Can't be giving the other team free points.
