“Certified veteran” is the perfect description of VJ right now. Its crazy. He’s actually playing how every analyst was SCREAMING that Flagg was supposed to be. Obv Flagg has plenty of time. But they said “Flagg is a day 1 piece for a contending team”, while VJ is far and away the player best fitting that title through 3 games. And lets be honest, we didn’t think that this team could contend coming into the year until we saw him play. He may be the piece that MAKES US a contender! IN YEAR ONE!!!

The Sixers need a big man weather it’s center or a pf to match their speed and style of play Embiid doesn’t fit how they are playing right now they are not going to play the same when he’s on the floor with them for 35-40 minutes it will be a lot of standing around and him trying to dribble the ball coast to coast
listen, we still havent gone against a good team. if we go 7-3 with whats coming up, i'll start being more confident. VJ is proving to be a great pick. tyrese must set the bar for everyone else. pg needs to get waived. joel should not see another court until he is 150%

If Embiid can get back to scoring like he did in his last game, he should be on a points restriction rather than a minutes restriction. If he can play up to 20 or 25 points a game that’s all we need from him. He would basically be a backup in a starting role. And I try to play him and Barlow together and Bona and Drummond together. So they would be able to get some rebounds.
Thats not an accident. Thats not a fluke. I think if Embiid can be healthy in the playoffs they can go all the way. But more than that, when Dmbiid does leave, players they will be an attractive destination and have the cap to being in some excellent complimentary talent.
