  1. JK is just too inconsistent. He needs to handle the ball better and be more decisive. I get it that he's overall improving and better at making the right pass and shot. Podz is a little like this, but at least he's more decisive and hunts for ways to fit in if he doesn't have it and usually finds it. It still shows that without an avg Curry, the team doesn't know how to play. But Horford is getting to speed. OKC has a couple dominant guys they can play through.

  2. Slater too close to Kuminga. “Rug pulled out from under him”? Spacing is key to both Butler and Steph, and he creates spacing probs for them. He needs to come off bench, and do his job joyfully. Manu Ginobili should be his north star (not style, of course, but impact off bench).

  3. Curry, Jimmy and Draymond don't play hard every game. That's the issue. It's so obvious when they are not giving effort. This is the warriors problem

  4. The most obvious trade is AD for kuminga if kuminga gets traded, let's not pretend not to talk about it. The warriors found a way to get Jimmy. This trade is such a classic warriors move

  5. Our starting lineup should be Steph, Kuminga, Moody, dray, Butler or Steph, Moody, dray, Butler, Horford, or Steph Kuminga, Butler, Dray, Horford.

If Horford can go cuz of load management just go or put in Post.

Podz and Kuminga should never be in the starting lineup together they're not complementary whatsoever. Neither are Steh and Podz.

  6. Anyone else hate this format? I know first take gets a lot of hate and wasn’t what it used to be, but this zoom call style jabbering is super boring to me.

  7. Slater is a legend. TB should maybe listen a bit more before constantly cutting in. Especially when he didn’t watch the game.

  8. Love Slater but this is terrible. Stop with vague recap and narratives. No talk of Quinten Post, who has been awesome and Kerr is not playing him. Kuminga started well…..and was disastrous offense ans defense this week. Podz needs to step up. Where is GUI? We need size and athleticism. Jimmy, Steph and Dray have been awesome. Kerr needs to get lineups defined. Stop with 3 or 4 guard lineups!!!!

  9. Slater is probably one of the few analysts who doesn’t take Bontemps personally. But it doesn’t seem fair that just because he can handle it means that he has to be subjected to it. Unfortunately, it’s harder to get what I want out of these without fast forwarding over Bontemps lol

  10. Refs gave GSW 36 free throws to 16 free throws for the Spurs. GSW only won by 5 points. I don’t expect GSW to get that grace again.
