OKC management has never failed on their drafts, trades and signing since the KD, Russ and Harden era. I won't be surprised if OKC actually wins for the next 2 to 3 years with how young and good their roster is.

It's nice to see the Thunder do well while drafting and developing talent – with the big exception of SGA thanks to the Clippers. Most NBA franchises operate like fantasy basketball managers, always trying to pair 'superstar' players and looking good on paper.
AJ is the real deal. Been watching him for a while and his understanding of the game is very high.
Does Shai get enough credit for his leadership, discipline, and the example he sets? To lead this young team in the way he does has to be studied. To me, that is the only thing that separates him from the other MVP contenders. I know this vid was about AJ, but what role has Shai played in his development? To see a group of young guys win a chip, then come back this season hungrier than ever, has to be inspiring and motivating.
