If people would make their shots, Jokic would have 15-20 assists a night if not more!
People still talk about Chamberlain’s 100 points and Kobe’s 81. If they had played only 33 minutes, they never would have reached those numbers.
He’s in a league of his own, and has been for years. People still can’t separate the numbers from his physical appearance as if it mattered at which body fat you drop 30/15/10. After the fact it does not matter.
Cam was already wearing a sleeve on the arm he injured. I think there is something with that shooting arm that explains why his shot has been short all year.
Also, when I guy gets labelled "Jokic stopper," historically, Jokic nukes that guy starting in the next year. See Gobert, Ayton, et al.
Actually, going down the list to AD, Collins, Capella….I think every Jokic stopper to date ended up being traded soon after.

Jokic is putting up literally absurd numbers and averaging a 30 point triple double–beyond any of the other MVP candidates and even beyond his own crazy standards. He's also leading the league in both rebounding and assists. The Nuggets are 9-2 and on pace for 67 wins and have the 2nd ranked defense in the league. How in the world isn't he the MVP frontrunner? I mean, seriously.
Cam is a smart he's done great on defense loose balls "" and Cam will get his rhythm soon enough but jeez Timmy and Peyton and even Bruce doing all the dirty work on both ends !!! Currently Denver has the second best defense right now and the best offense they have dramatically improved

The eyes don't lie. If people were looking at the game instead of the stat sheet they'd know Joker is on an entirely different level. The paper looks amazing, but it's nothing compared to what Joker is actually doing.

According to this guy, Cam should play more like MPJ? That's why they trade him: they don't want someone who plays like him. They want someone better on the defensive side that can score decently and in different ways. If they wanted no-thinking shooting going 7-9 one night and 0-10 the next, they would have kept MPJ…

MPJ wasn't good fit for Denver. If they traded him in 2023 and kept BB they would won b2b and they would have money to keep KCP which means they would probably have 3 rings by now, I hope Cam will improve in %% so I stead 0-10pts per game he will be 10-20 if not trade him for KCP salaries are exactly the same
