Failing to mention Detroit and overlooking them is very dumb imo. They have a culture and are playing as good as anyone in the NBA.

When Barnes signed the max contract, it was with the team's expectations that his game would rise to elite levels. He's off to a good start.

Letting Quick focus on scoring and spacing leaves the better playmakers to run the offense. Mamu is really solid. Just gotta our weaker defenders focused on competing on that end

This coulda been the siakam/OG/Barnes show but nurse wanted FVV and Darko wanted Schroder and IQ. And we've been outta the playoffs for 3 years….instead of watching siakam/Barnes(2 ptfwds) Chem grow w OG/trent the benefc of Barnes court vision.
Coulda sheltered Barnes like spurs did Kawhi, and transitioned the way spurs did enjoying 37 years missing playoffs only 4-6times.
