I’d rather they keep payton, trade cam for some picks (one at least) and find shooters season to season to come off the bench. If they can’t replace him with an equally good or better defender they’re fucked in the post-season.
Spencer Jones has more upside than Watson, both offensively and defensively.
Watson passes the eye test from a physical and highlight standpoint, but Jones passes the "Presti" eye test and the scouting report. We are in an Era of consistency, and thats what Jones is all about (at least on the defensive side)
Early EPM data also supports this. Adelman will likely increase Jones’s minutes each game this season, and I wouldn’t be shocked if Jones becomes a 15+ minutes-per-game player soon.

Breaking the stats should be considered a compliment, anyone who breaks how advance stats are calculated means they literally changed the game.

He’s literally not even in the conversation with his one ring, and to even ask the question at this point is glazing to a level that would get you banned on Only Fans. Seriously, see a doctor about removing his junk from your mouths, it’s just sad. Shai also scored 55 this season and he is similarly not in the GOAT conversation. I wouldn't say Jokic is more dominant than Mike. The dude had entire league shook for a decade, but he is definitely more dominant than Lebron
Nuggets resigned the wrong guy…Should resigned PWat and let Braun go to free agency. 25 for Braun is a huge overpay, PWat has way more upside and a wider skill set than Braun, both offensively and defensively…
Best offensive player is kind of a back handed compliment. After the other night I'm seriously wondering if Jok is the best I've ever seen. And I'm old enough to have watched Larry Bird. Alot of guys can rattle off 50. But shooting 80%? Na. Most dominant center? Shaq never made ten shots in a row his entire career… Kobe only shot 60% when he went for 80! Jok was so automatic. I've never seen anything like it. Even for him. He will never get the recognition he deserves without another title though. OKC will be a mountain to climb and will cement him as one of the all time greats. May the basketball gods smile upon our humble champion.
