Mike Brown after Knicks high-scoring win: ‘I take my hat off to every guy in that locker room’
Knicks head coach Mike Brown compared the 140-132 win over the Heat to a “glorified pick-up.” Playing without the injured Jalen Brunson, New York got big-time performances from nearly the entire squad. The animated Brown was most impressed with Mitchell Robinson’s eight offensive rebounds and Josh Hart’s triple-double but took the time to add “I take my hat off to every guy in that locker room.”

I was glad we got a chance to see all our players play together like this it’s a beautiful thing and I’m very excited about this season

Guys like Brunson and Melo are talented enough to go 1on1 every play…but it takes other guys out the game

Jalen being hurt his 22_32 points need to be put on the score board by the Knicks committee. Everyone needs to chip in. To me Orlando are the old Detroit Pistons Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, John Sally Rick Mahorn etc!!! They beat up Jalen and Kat all game. And the referees wasn't making calls. Last year the Orlando Magic was involved in a incident that injured Kristaps Porzing'is and Jayson Tatum. I guess Jamahl Mosley he like the Great "Chuck Daly" approach!! !

Thibs would have never ran a zone. These guys were definitely practicing it and it slowed Miami down. Kudos.

How Mike Brown said he listen to his Assistant Coaches i always felt that Thibbs didnt listen to his Assistant coaches because during the game he would never sit next to Johnny Bryant and be standing up far away from the bench practically the whole game
