Kon is BETTER than Cooper Flagg and he has a little brother….who is 6'9"….plays Shooting Guard….and is only a Junior in high school. And that is Kage Knuepple….who will be even better than HIM.
His shooting is almost 47% that’s really good for a rookie
This guy plays as if he’d been in the league for 10 years! A lot of talent, control, and a great shooting touch he always makes smart decisions. He reminds me of Hornacek but with more physicality. Roy.

Haven’t seen him play at all. Was just expecting 10 3s but man he’s got a little bit of Luka magic. Not the fastest guy out there but he looks shifty and making a lot of stuff happen in the paint. Good stuff.
All all you fools were so quick to say the Hornets blew the draft right after summer league because of how well Amani played! Crazy cause Kon had some really impressive games in summer league too! The kid is legit! Already one of the best shooters in the league. He's quicker and more athletic than people thought. Has good handle, can get to the basket and can create his own shot while also being able to get others involved.
Hornets won this draft, not just because of Kon and/or McNeely, but because they miraculously got 1st round value from TWO 2nd round picks. Wild. Kalk for now, is the best rookie Center in this draft.
Glad the Hornets played a hard close game in MKE, despite the loss. Was nice beating the Bucks at home but I knew this one would be tough. King Kon is going to be special and the rookie single-handily kept us in that game. If we can learn to play some defense and get some real help around Kon, that would be huge!

this guy is fun to watch. well coached & tempered
He's not as much getting locked up/turning it over…Also getting more used to finishing under NBA pace when the game is tight (he missed one layup due to picking up too much speed trying to dunk for his fam in the crowd, he got his dunk eventually as the highlights show, and missed a layup in OT when the pace got more intense).
Not many players in the NBA as efficient with their movement as him. Always under control.
