UNSTOPPABLE: Houston Rockets Offense COOKS Blazers As Kevin Durant & Alperen Sengun DOMINATE Early

Houston Rockets obliterate the Portland Trail Blazers with a 140-point offensive outburst. Is championship contention within reach for this rejuvenated squad? Kevin Durant drops 30 points as Alperen Şengün flirts with a historic triple-double, while Reed Sheppard and Jabari Smith Jr. contribute crucial performances in a dominant in-season tournament win.

Host Jackson Gatlin (@JTGatlin) dissects the Rockets’ elite ball security (just six turnovers) against Portland’s top-ranked defense, highlighting Durant’s veteran leadership and infectious work ethic. Key topics include Şengün’s unique impact as a playmaking center, the evolving synergy within Houston’s new lineup, and how point differential shapes their tournament destiny. Updates on Tari Eason’s injury, Amen Thompson’s offensive struggles, future lineup possibilities, and the looming showdown against Nikola Jokić and the Denver Nuggets set the stage for what’s next.

  1. KD cheering other Rockets players is an underrated part of what he brings to the team. Imagine a player at KD’s level hyping your game. That’s gotta increase your confidence

  2. I'm loving the way the team is coming together. Such a beautiful basketball to watch. But if tari really wants to start no matter how great he is playing are we forced to trade him by the deadline?

  3. Alpy might be better than jokic in the future bro. He was better than Jokic in Eurobasket match between Turkey and Serbia and Jokic was Jokic in that match, I mean Jokic was very good but Alpy was better. Of course that is just one match but shows something. And Alpy is not in his prime yet still improving.

  4. Tell the locked on kings host about alpi cuz he had some strong ligation about alpi being closer to Sabonus that joker alpi is in his own lane

  5. When everyone was talking about getting KD, I was kind of against it. I wanted to see the Rockets do it without a "Super Star" – I wanted to see them all develop and make their own magic so to speak. I've changed my mind – I was wrong! KD is exactly what this team needed. If they keep improving like I think they will they will be a dynasty. KD, VanVleet, Adams and Capella may all retire but the core of this team is so young they will be winning at the highest levels into the 2030's. As far as Sengun goes, he can still improve. He still has some muscle to put on, and when he does it just won't be fair to all the other centers in the league. Someone needs to make up t-shirts with Jokic's picture on it that say " Grandpa Sengun".

  6. DOMINANT win by the Rockets! 140 points with KD having 30!? Dang… the chemistry is coming together!

Good take Jackson, keep up the great work brother! 🙏😇

  7. l feel like since last all star break sengun felt disrespected for only a couple minutes in the all star that's why he playing like this this year!

  8. @17:53 chill! Sengun in his first two seasons was very raw. Silas didn’t stun his talent but allowed him to mature as a player. Complaining about a coach who been gone 3 years is crazy just enjoy his production now.

  9. I can't wait for a less humble Jackson.
You're doing so well with this channel and I can't wait for a couple more wins against higher echelon teams to bring out that swagger during these segments.
    This season will be fun💪🏿💪🏿🚀🤘🏿

  10. We have a tier 2 Jokic in Sengun, tier 2 KD in Jabari, tier 2 Curry in Reed. That actually might be the recipe for success.
