We should also praise the ball receivers too. From what I can see, most of the time it's either Gordon, Braun, or Watson on the receiving end of the crazy stuff. They know they can move in abnormal ways that catches defenders unprepared and that Joker will find them anyways. That in itself is a bonkers skill.
Every game the Joker plays has at least a half-a-dozen remarkable highlights. Every game. Most top players are lucky if one of their plays is highlighted and usually it's a clutch shot.
