KD (35 PTS) & Sengun (30 PTS) Were CLUTCH vs Magic! | November 16, 2025

The Rockets defeated the Magic 117–113 in overtime, earning their fourth straight win and their ninth victory in the last ten games. Houston improves to 9–3 on the season, while Orlando’s three-game winning streak comes to an end as they fall to 7–7.

Kevin Durant powered Houston with 35 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, and two made threes. Alperen Sengun delivered a near triple-double, finishing with 30 points, 12 rebounds (including 8 offensive), 8 assists, and 2 blocks. Reed Sheppard contributed 16 points and 7 rebounds, while Amen Thompson recorded 12 points and 10 rebounds. Steven Adams added 13 rebounds (with 8 offensive) to go with his 3 points.

Franz Wagner led the Magic with 29 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Desmond Bane added 26 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists in a strong all-around effort.
Houston had four players—Adams, Sengun, Thompson, and Sheppard—record double-digit rebounds, marking the first time the Rockets have achieved this since March 13, 2001 (Kelvin Cato, Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley, Maurice Taylor).

With Sengun and Adams each grabbing 8 offensive rebounds, they became the first Rockets duo to reach that mark in the same game since February 21, 1991 (Larry Smith, Otis Thorpe).

Entering today, the Rockets led the league in total rebounds (49.4 per game) and offensive rebounds (16.2 per game)—and they backed up those numbers once again.

  1. The defense was pure desire—flying for every loose ball, contesting every shot, leaving every ounce of effort on that floor. On offense, it was a symphony of trust: shared passes, selfless plays, and smart decisions under pressure. Through all the runs and all the tension, one thing never flickered: the unshakable belief in that huddle.

  2. Kd. alpi. Dışında Kaybetmeyi ret edecek daha fazla adam lazım . Udoka bunu görmeli bu oyun yeterli olmaz. J shimith ve amen. Çaylak kadar olamadı.

  3. ADAMs has always been a great center. I hope he wins a chip. Like for real the dude gives his all and always comes up with great rebounds.
