We can't lose the ball as much as our opponents. The Spurs should look at the team that loses the ball the least in the league and follow their example. Victor needs to dribble less against certain teams and stay in the paint to draw fouls. The Spurs commit too many fouls compared to their opponents. Finally, when you're leading by 14 or 16 points, there's no need to run like a rabbit. You have to slow down the game, break the rhythm, and focus on defensive and offensive rebounds. There are only two teams that seem to be a little superior, playing at their own pace, OKC and Denver, for now.
I called it Wednesday they are losing both games the NBA is sooo fixed that they don't care about hiding it anymore!! this season seems scripted already
Our problem is the defense of schemes we have for certain players like today game we need to have either sochan or castle on curry and fighting over the screens that he gets and alway moving with him and no letting him get comfortable I know it’s easier said than done but if the spurs can not let Steph get comfortable we will win and if we keep them under or at 30 pts in each quarter we are going to win

I think Spurs fans are so funny this year. We take every loss like its the end of the world. Dude if we end up with 45 wins that would be a huge success. We gotta learn to be patient. We are going to lose one game and then a second and a third at some point. That's just what NBA is. I know we really want that playoff spot but lets all be patient

Play big and keep pushing the tempo. They can't keep up or get bigger. It's the reason the refs started blowing the whistle. It's the one thing that slows a team down and makes them tone down the aggression.

I think the Warriors wanted that first game so badly that they circled the date on their calendar. I think that all teams will do that this year when Wemby is playing. I think it was a very emotional win for them. Often, when a team has a highly emotional win, they are flat in their next game. That's what I'm hoping for in the game today.
Limp-wristed Mitch Johnson has to be the NBA's worst in-game adjustor among teams that are playoff quality.
The problem with Fox, Steph and Wemby line ups… Wemby becomes a 3 point shooter… then you need another one…. like Barnes, Champ or Vasell.
But it also pulls Vic away from the rim… so you need a Rim protector Rebound, Mobile Help Defender…. and that's Sochan or Luke.
I'd prefer Vic inside with spacers that can penetrate..
But if we de facto want Vic and Fox.. and Castle
It means Champ or Barnes or at the Sf…
Because Vasell to inconsistent and he's redundant with Steph in a way.
Now who the hell you put at the 4…
That's the dilemma.
So let's just say Fox and Vic…
Vasell, Champ, and Sochan??
If Sochan could hit the 3 then, we could put Castle back in place of Vasell.
Fox (harper), Castle (harper, vasell) , Champ (kj, vasell, barnes), Sochan (barnes, luke, kelly, bryant), Vic (luke, kelly)…. would be ideal if Fox or Sochan are respectable from the 3.
That way it doesn't force Vic to the perimeter… he can go wherever, whenever is most effective.
No Wemby definitely need to shoot. Because they have to respect his shot more. That will open up his post and entire game. His adjustments are correct.
Why TF can't we blame the officials? Spurs and superstar Wemby have been not getting calls all year.
Is limp rookie Mitch the worst in-game adjustor among playoff quality teams? Damn straight. We all saw that over SIX MONTHS last season and LWMJ had not improved.
And screw you KW and anyone else taking away who Wemby is. He knows what TF he is doing and Pop made it clear in his rookie season the young man is a perimeter player.
His outside game is what makes his inside game dangerous.
Dubs fan here, atm spurs are the better team but you’re not taking into account experience and you certainly not taking into account Curry. No stat sheet will give you. If you want to get into records, spurs have been playing Mickey Mouse teams, compared to the dubs schedule which have been way more difficult. We’ve already have like 4 b2b. Spurs only notable win was the rockets. You guys couldnt even beat the Lakers and Suns so don’t let that 8-4 record fool you. The dubs were your first real test and spurs failed miserably.
We just need the Harper back in the lineup
