This is the difference between Ja and Cade Cunningham. Even though both Cade Cunningham and Ja Morant went through losing seasons, the difference in maturity is obvious. Cade stays calm, professional, and focused even when Detroit struggles. He owns his mistakes and never creates drama off the court. Ja is a superstar talent, but his off court decisions and suspensions became distractions when the team needed stability the most. Cade handles adversity like a real leader while Ja is still trying to grow in that area.
