After an altercation in the 3rd quarter of the Houston Rockets’ matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jabari Smith Jr. & Nae’Qwan Tomlin were each assessed technical fouls and Smith Jr. was given a Flagrant foul penalty 1.
