As a Pistons fan I love Joe Dumars. Bad Boys, great GM during the 2000’s. But then he started overvaluing their players and didn’t break it up until it was too late. Then made the wrong trade when they traded away Billups for Iverson. Finally, with their cap space he signs Ben Gordon, Charlie Villanueva, then Josh Smith. The style of play has passed him by. Swinging for Queen is him trying to make his name big again as an executive while making an awful trade.

They have absolutely not been boring. They have been in good games(buzzer beater vs Portland and the OT game vs Houston) and have absolutely blown teams out(5 10+ victories and 3 15+ victories).
Finally moving the ball. When Suggs plays they absolutely money to watch. His defense is incredible.
Team is being judged way too harshly for the first five games when they were playing waaaaaaay too fast. Pace has slowed down dramatically and the team is what we actually expected them to be.

Don’t feel bad saying spurs shouldn’t play around with wemby. Build around him but with urgency. Don’t wait and fall into comfort saying he doesn’t need to win till he’s 27. It’s not unrealistic to believe he should have a ring in 2 years.
