  1. Proud to say that I "campaigned" a bit for David to get some minutes with 2 of our 3 point guards down. Glad he was getting a chance and proving people right.

  2. Damn I would love to see more of Jones Garcia, he's a real NBA PG! The team is crowded at the PG so I wouldn't even mind seeing him in another team to play 20+ minutes eventually, he deserves to play!

  3. i know djg doesnt get minutes.. .but if you watch him from the bench, he still looked very happy cheering for his teammates… no ego type of dude by my standards

  4. Garcia, KJ, and Sochan off the bench bring so much energy. Hope the Spurs can get the healthy soon, gain the experience and take the next step.

  5. Mitch needs to recognize that this guy is a dog and needs to be in the rotation, idc how guard heavy we are…. This dudes game fits here in SA and tbh reminds me a bit of manu. We found a gem here …

  6. Awesome game for the young man. He played a really smart, mature game.

I would love to see more of him, and for him to get a full-time contract.

  7. "Coach talked to me this morning, and he just told me to be myself…" This is response to a statement that he was nervous in the last game, and then the question, "What about today?" It wasn't, "My faith in myself overcame the nervousness." It wasn't, "My teammates told me to just go for it and they would have my back." While both of those things may be true, his answer was that his coach put him at ease. Can we just give Coach Johnson a modicum of credit for being a good coach? As a rookie head coach he is doing a great job so far.

  8. Love this guy. Hope to see more of him on the court. Waiting to see minix get his moment too.

  9. Coach Johnson doing much better job this year. Definitely a "pop" product now. All good signs. Getting sour on sochan though he needs to step up more.

  10. Spurs have some amazing players on the bench and in G League! I hope they get another championship!!
