  1. They'll trade him for some injury-prone 30+ yo within the next 3 years, although that one might have 2 eyebrows.

  2. His jump shot form looks fundamentally sound, like Michael Jordan's fadeaway. But MJ's look much better because he was more athletic, although Cooper has good athleticism.

  3. Coopers numbers are modest, though very good for a Rookie, but the most impressive thing is the 47% FG%. That’s 5% higher than Lebron and Kobe in their Rookie seasons. There are only 6 guards ever to average a higher rookie season field goal %:

Magic, Oscar Robertson, Jordan, DWade, Ray Allen, Clyde Drexler, Michael Jordan.

Given we’re not even 1/3rd into the season, that’s extremely impressive.

  4. He has that lengthy, skinny kid sloppiness to his play and needs to clean things up and work on some stuff, but you can tell that he has that “It” factor and god given ability. He’s already a game changer.

  5. Jason Kidd finally realizing you don’t put a 6’9 18 year old wing who has never started as guard at the PG and expect him to perform to his best capabilities

  6. wait….did they trade Luka because they wanted to go with a whole different playing style, with Flagg and such? but hold on, imagine Flagg and Luka on the same team.
