That 27 game losing streak set by Detroit the other year, is starting to feel like it’s in danger of being broken
Kon was severely underutilized in the 3rd quarter after being on fire in the first half. If Hornets rally around Kon’s career night, they stay in this game. Feed the hot hand and not your ego’s. Could be anyone in any night. Please learn how to win!
This guy gotta go! He said Miller played well. What? He was 2-10. If that's well then I see why we ain't shyt. Also I need to be assistant GM. I'll work for free. Cause I love my team. The starting lineup is a mess. Which has the bench I a mess. Either Melo, Miller or bridges can't start. And Moussa should be starting. But the organization has no balls. Don't wanna tell people the truth so we keep losing. Melo needs to be benched along with Miller. 1 dumb shot and bad decision after another. I'm pissed and fed up. Fuk that! Yall are Terrible at defending and helping. Stop helping. Why constantly leave your man at the 3 to help someone trying to get 2, meanwhile your man is wide open. We have to crowd the shooters strong hand. What are we practicing? Melo and Miller can't shoot a lick. This team and organization is a mess. But I volunteer to clean it up for free.
Once again, LaMelo played away from what was working for them. He initiated the offense repeatedly to the Miller/Bridges side of the floor leaving the hottest player Kon by himself. When he wasn't doing that he chucked up threes. I like LaMelo but I think his style of basketball doesn't fit this team. I would suggest a three team trade sending LaMelo, Connaughton and Plumlee to Portland for Jerami Grant, Scoot Henderson and Donovan Klingon. Likewise, Miles Bridges to Detroit for Tobias Harris. Portland gets Ball and gives up two young players at positions of need for Charlotte, gets two expiring contracts and unloads Grant's contract. Detroit gets a younger, local player and the Hornets get an expiring contract and salary relief from the Bridges deal. There would be some draft assets required in the trade all around but the Hornets come out of it with a deeper, more well rounded roster that plays complimentary basketball. It would create a young core group that could develop together.
