  1. Look, we're doing GREAT without 3 of our stars, but these 3rd quarters are a worrying trend… Are you worried about the 3Q woes?

  2. cuz of coaching and leadership. Fox is great and all but his leadership isnt great. Spurs need a Draymond. They need a dawg, an enforcer, someone who's an emotional leader.

  3. The good thing is Victor won 8 of 10 games to start the season. We have a great cushion. We can lose the next 8 games and our record will still be positive. I hope he comes back before Christmas at 100%. My opinion on this team remains the same: many basic mistakes and lapses in concentration show that the team needs an experienced coach with more than 10 years in the league. This is a team that lacks discipline and focus. Any more experienced team will beat the Spurs.

  4. I’m scared of suns and warriors. Spurs lacking on everything. I think even if we make the playoffs, we will get put out by any team

  5. Realistically every game we dont lose while those 3 guys are out is a lucky win in the end. We shouldn't be beating anyone when those 3 are out

  6. Spurs have a good team but terrible coaching. Coach Mitch Johnson was playing Kelly Olynyk as point Guard for God sake which was just ludicrous. The Spurs won’t beat the better teams constantly playing “one on one” basketball. It won’t matter who comes back it’ll be the same outcome if they don’t start properly facilitating. Hero ball has never won Championships

  7. You’re not winning the game with 19 turnovers it’s not the head coach it’s the players Vassell might get traded he’s not consistent as a starter

  8. Lock all the guards (and the coach) in a room and make them watch the 2014 championship run, particularly game management.

  9. This game was hard to watch end of the 3rd n start of 4th to end I hate we went 0-2 suns I said the suns would be better with brooks and green it’s a bet fit then kd and Beal and they role players do well collin royce

  10. Our Spurs are at the beginning of 7 out of 8 games being played on the road through Dec. 8th. That makes a difference in the NBA. We will soon find out it our Spurs' "next man up" motto is trully working. Their record will show it.

  11. Terrible watching losing the lead everytime!! The way the run plays is horrible, I don’t see any clear plays being set up most of the time

  12. Some pretend not to understand or let their imagination run wild. You always need at least three players capable of scoring an average of 20 to 25 points to stay in touch with your opponents. The Spurs have four players who can deliver this consistency: Victor, Castle, Fox, and Harper. If they are not injured, they can compete with any team in terms of skill level. The others may have moments of brilliance, but they lack the same consistency, although this will depend on the form of the opponent on any given day.

  13. PROBLEMS: 1. Turnovers. 2. Defending the 3 pt shot off the screen. 3. Third-quarter letdown. None of these are specific to Fox, or even the PG position — sure, a better PG might reduce turnovers slightly, but initial ball distribution is not where they've been coming from. This is about TEAM WEAKNESSES that will not magically go away when Wemby, Castle and Harper get back. Those three will help score, and defend, but we saw these same weaknesses back when they were in the rotation. This is gonna take film sessions, walk-through drills, some practice, and game-time execution AS A TEAM.

  14. I don't think we need to overreact or make any rash assumptions about this team. We haven't been 100% healthy yet and we're 11-5, pretty incredible when you think about it. And this was our first loss since Harper, Wemby, and Castle have all been out, I'm sitting on a pretty high horse right now. I feel good about this team. Yes it's frustrating in the moment, and yes the guys have some issues to fix, but I'm not jumping to any conclusions until I've seen, idk, 10 games of a FULLY HEALTHY squad. For the injuries we've dealt with, we're in a great position. I'm happy

  15. The big issue is Vassel. He’s getting paid to score points and we needed him to score 30 today, but as usual he falls short scoring 17.
