What if the pistons offered Thompson and Harris for Lauri straight up no draft picks? What do you think the jazz and pistons say to that?

Unfortunately Will Hardy and Lauri are in wrong team in this phase of their careers. Hopefully Jazz gets rid of them. Ace will hit over 30pts game after game within 7 years.
East Coast here… Utah native living in Virginia. I am definitely too old to stay up until 1am for a game and wake up at 6am for work. For this one, I watched the first quarter then checked the final score in the morning 😂
C'mon James, Nurk is absolutely awful. He puts up empty stats and is an absolute sieve defensively.
I was surprised to hear Ben Anderson on his show talk about how this pick is not that important. "So what if we give them the 9th pick, Cody Williams was the 9th so it's not they valuable" Completely missing the point that we are losing a potentially franchise altering player by being in that position. The amount of cope among Jazz employees is a bad omen

it seems to make sense to trade Kessler and keep Markkanen, we just have to 'rest' Lauri heaps second half of the season to make it work, what matters most is getting AJ Dybantsa and Cam Boozer
James, you’ve been killing Lauri since last year for his shooting percentage. When are you going to apply that to Keynote ? His 3 pt shooting is horrible , sub 30% on the season.
The jazz have definitely missed walker. They are getting zero rebounds and it’s especially noticeable when we are missing shots. Also every other center is awful and putting up shots at the rim

There is an interesting conversation about Collier there. With him on the floor the offense is dramatically worse, but he facilitates the entire offense so well. He is one of 12 players not to shoot a 3 in 3 games and the other 11 are centers. It is looking like his one weakness is outweighing his other skills, it will be interesting to see what they do with him. I can see the Jazz going for a guard in the draft next year, thats all I can say.
1:57 Ayton has been very consistent this season so far. He put up multiple efficient 20&10 games already and is surprisingly good defensively for the most part. He even had a 29&14, 3blk game against the blazers when both Luka and AR are out. Besides from some dumb turnovers or occasional lack of motor in defence, he’s awesome for the lakers.
