Suns played 3 games in 4 days on the backend of a back to back missing their starting center Williams their best 3 point shooter Grayson Allen their second best defender Ryan Dunn and their second best player Jalen Green

Raptors didn't have their 3rd best player offensively in RJ Barrett. Even if the CAVS were complete and the Raptors were without Barrett. The Raptors would still beat the CAVS like they did 3 times this season so far. The Raptors also played the second night of a back to back.
