Just because the record is bad, people are ignoring how tough the Mavs play everyone. Of course you're going to have a bad record with a team of role-players and a rookie closer. People don't realize the value of superstar players that can close games. That was one of the big ways Kobe was under-appreciated in the first Lakers 3-peat. Kyrie, like his old friend, is the best in the business at that. The Lakers had to shoot the lights out to win this game.
If Kyrie and DLive play do we lose. They had their full roster and it took 38 from Austin Reeves and 35 from Luka for them to win.
