As I said at the beginning of the season, Payton Watson will be a starter before April, for real, and not only as a sub during injuries. His ceiling is so much higher than CBs and he's a much better defender as well.

When Nuggets bench plays like this and scores 30 or more points, they will be unbeatable. I believe they can play better defence too, WHEN they want. They should never repeat those embarrassing games in which opponent teams outscored them 2:1.
Those advanced stats are dumb.. small sample size this season and missing the exponential potential. I hate that whole bit
Peyton Watson is 14 of 27 from 3, 52% in the last 5 games. 17.6ppg on .700efg. 7.4rbg. 63.6% from 2, and it's not all dunks! He's hitting mid range shots too. It's just a great string from Peyton Watson. Grizzlies were clearly daring him to shoot and willing to accept the results. And the results were 5 of 12! 👍

Peyton Watson is certainly breaking out. That's probably the biggest story of this season so far. And since he's playing better than CB this season, I think he should be a starter.
Not a Murray fan but he is playing some really good basketball. Best defense I seen play this year other then playoff's. Wish a coach and they have a lot of them would teach Zeke to stay high when he gets a rebound and not get low where the fast hands are. Weird i think. Not what I would teach.
