  1. Woody: "Buzz!! You missed the truck!"
    Buzz: "I wasn't aiming for the truck…"

    He's not going for MIP
    He's going for MVP !
    😂

  2. I think you should speak more about what toumani did in this game
the way he handled shai and also being able to produce on offence
I think he had a good game as deni had

  3. One of the guys you had on before last season when we traded for him predicted a Deni like this! Just a year too soon, man does he look good!

  4. Portland needs to score more. Deni passes a lot, and the guys keep missing free shots; a few more shots would make the difference…

  5. Sadly – this is what happened when you give deni a minute rest….. a 6 point run that closed the game early…

No point guard, no deni = no nothing…..

  6. Colingen can't paly, Splitter only give the rookie Center 4 mins. Seriously? The manament should fire the coach or trade the Centers. One Center is enough for Splitter's system, who is Splitter himself

  7. Mike – I love your podcast but please stop putting a ceiling on our dude….. or you know what…..actualy do it…. he'll break it again and again…..

    Love from Israel

  8. Probably worth mentioning that OKC's run to start the fourth quarter happened while Deni was not on the court (Splitter decided to give him a breather to start the quarter, which is understandable, but reacted too late to OKC's push).

  9. The team needs Jrue to return to action.
He is their natural floor manager. Deni thrives next to him, and the can win many more games.
Without Jrue, Deni has become a point guard. He can carry on, but he is a special forward with versatility. So he can man the point guard (and the center, which he does as well!) position a few minutes every game, but not 30 minutes and beyond. I mean, he can do it, with Grant as a great offensive power, with Toumani as a great defensive power, but this is not the right thing for a team that hopes to win and make it to the post season.

  10. Yang just needs to stay in the G. Center rotation should be Clingan, RW3, Go small and play Deni at the 5, Duop. Also, I think this is just who Shaedon is…flashes of awesome, but a lot more “okay” than “great”. He’s a worse Andrew Wiggins type. All the talent in the world without a motor. Blazers should explore moving him if it can get you a real dude back.

  11. Hope Matisse is coming back next game and DC too, and Jrue this upcoming week. They need shooters, and Matisse can put this 3s shots, and Jrue is still the second best player in this team, and of course with both the defence is much better.

  12. It's honestly insane how much Deni is carrying this team. (against the NBA's best teams no less)
Grant and Toumani are doing what they can on offense and defense respectively.
but everyone else are either constantly getting injured or just mid to below average.

he desperately needs help because he can't continue at this pace nonstop.

  13. As good as Deni is, I do agree that he is likely a #2 option on a championship team. We're still looking for that #1 guy and it's disappointing that our prospects still haven't stepped up to show they deserve that spot.
    Looking at you, Shaedon.
