In what ways does having a player like Desmond Bane change the Magic’s ceiling?
It's becoming a HUGE national storyline regarding whether Banchero makes this team better. The longer he is out and the more we continue to win will only intensify this narrative.
I think Poalo should play off ball like Giannis does. Maybe Magic should put Poalo on the post if he play more down low he score way more points and more chances to get rebounds. Playoff ball the can pass to Poalo versus him dribbling to get to his spot. When needed to slow game down Poalo can do like LeBron does especially if they have a large lead take over game by get his shots and facilitating ball.

JI, only played 7min and the Bulls didn't average that many points definitely in the paint…
everyone ignored the magic and paolo through all the yrs they fought + built themselves into a great team. now suddenly everyone is an expert and talk crap against the star player who led us to this point in the first place.
This game was really bad, I can't believe we won. The offense was embarrassing until the 4th quarter, and defense was really good at the first half but then it disappeared. You've got to win those though. Bane was a monster, but halfcourt offense needs Paolo.
The Magic can be better with Paolo adjusting his game when he is back. If not, the Magic are better without him.

Not only do we need Paolo, we also need Mo Swag back to get us buckets when things are stagnant. Helps us when those droughts occur. We are not better without Paolo, we are good without him, we are elite with him.

Bane has that Suggs toughness, but with more scoring potential and consistency throughout the games. His will to win won us the last two games.
