We don't desperately need a new PG, Dante has been playing pretty well, actually. They just need to execute better in end of game sitautions. Comes down to coaching, preparation, and the cohesion of the guys on the team imo.
Ant and Julius have the ball in their hands 70-80% of the time, so from the pg perspective, you don't really need a massive upgrade at PG. Of course it would help, but I also think this group is good enough. I think it's falling on scoring by our 3s, 4s, and 5s. We need more scoring from Naz, and Julius, and frankly I thought we looked the best when Rudy was scoring in the paint in the first 10 games, I was impressed by how well Rudy was playing on offense, I think they've reverted to some of their more frustrated and frustrating basketball. Get Naz, Jalen, and Rudy scoring again, I think things would improve. I think we're good enough at PG. Would I invite Kyrie Irving out to the Lifetime fitness at Target Center? Yes.
It's kind of weird how the OKC game was Rob's best game this season but the conclusion is still that we need a different PG. Is it a trust issue with Finch or is it an issue with Rob not being good enough/ready? A bit of a chicken or the egg situation imo.
Am I the only wolves fan that wants to see our young bigs get more burn?? Goberts mistakes are fucking brutal to watch. He’s entirely too comfortable being mid. We need a PG and we need a C that plays like he’s BROKE…. Watching Rudy’s lax defense is so aggravating… relies entirely on his size and previous accolades to intimidate offenses and yes occasionally he makes a good defensive play but good lord it’s so hard to watch… especially when he gets put on an island or when he has to guard literally ANYBODY at the 3pt line off a switch.
Man finch needs to change or get out, we are getting stale, a lot of young talent in this team but finch rather plays old veterans that don´t get better instead of trusting young guys

trading for tre jones is the best move. Donte is a brawler and he definitely has helped the wolves but he also is not consistent at all.
Donte’s been playing good as of recent and been consistent, I think people are overreacting on him a bit, although they DO need to get AE some help
Rob’s never gotten a fair shake and can’t afford to make any mistake, he can’t be free or himself at all
Overall, they need to shop everyone except AE and McDaniels to get a star guard alongside AE and a Center that fits their needs
