I mean, they fired Budenholzer because he went an entire 2 seasons without winning another champtionship. After a 58 win season that ended because Giannis was injured and only played 2 games. Thats not the sort of decision making that comes from a rational team. They will 100% string Giannis along while never improving their roster. They will also probably never fire Doc Rivers.

Also, when you dump so much of your payroll into one player and are paying dead contracts it's a bit hard to surround him with enough good pieces. Giannis has really rounded his game since coming into the league. 1st year the man could pretty much dunk and work the low post, and forget about free throws! That's what we see in all great players. No matter how good/great they start…they only get better from there.
