    Giannis been in the league long enough to where he’s not touching Duncan. Idc how many more years he got. For the young bucks out there let me remind you about Timmy. ROY, All NBA 1st team, All star, Top 5 in MVP and DPOY. ALL IN HIS FIRST NBA SEASON. Let that sink in before you even think Giannis is touching Duncan.

    Giannis dropped 51 game 7 to win a ring… Timmy would never fathom such things. Purely off accolades it’s Timmy, off basketball it’s no debate come on now

    I haven't watched 1 second…but this is such a disrespectful title to even think of. We talking about a top 10 player of all time vs Giannis (who is great)…but bro…c'mon now. I'm gonna watch it now but holy hell we starting at a net negative.

    There is a DIFFERENCE between the greatest and the best at a position. GOAT status entails:

    Solo accolades
    Team Accolades
    Numbers
    Peak-prime Value
    Longevity being great
    Impact on the league (growing the game in terms of being a face of the league-box office cred, redefining a position, causing rules changes, etc. You don't need ALL OF THESE, but at least some of them)

    When you add all these factors up, Duncan is EASILY the GOAT PF. He checks the most boxes in this criteria. But the BEST PF I've ever seen play is Greek Freak at this point! Best for me is about who the BEST PLAYER IS PERIOD regardless of ring count. BECAUSE it's a team sport and you can only knock a player so much when it comes to rings.

    KG and Giannis for all intents and purposes are THE GOLD STANDARD when it comes to positionless TWO WAY 7 foot players. KG put that type of superstar on the map back in the day. The league had never seen a 7 footer who played as a SF, PF, C, and point forward. And FROM THERE defended SG, SF, PF, and C. Then numbers wise he was averaging 22-24 PPG, 13-14 RPG, and 5-6 dimes a season.

    Giannis came down the pike and was from that cloth. And in some ways BETTER than KG. Better scorer than KG, just as good of a passer and rebounder, more athletic, and just as good on defense. So peak wise, Giannis is better than Duncan in book. GOAT wise Duncan is still the man at PF. BUT Giannis still has more time to catch him! Just like in football Brady is the GOAT QB. BUT in my opinion Mahomes is the best QB I've seen! Once again there is a DIFFERENCE between greatest and best!

    I’m tired of hearing these newer legends getting being considered to the all time legendary status players when the accomplishments don’t even come close. Steph to Magic and now Giannis to Timmy 🤦‍♂️ the gap between both is so massive in accolades and achievements isn’t a conversation
