Horrible moves by the Bucks has them set back to the stone ages for the next few years. They paid Turner way too much and not only waived Dame, but they stretched out his contract to do so meaning next few years they have around $20 mil less to sign free agents due to stretching out Dame's contract. Giannis knows that they can't truly build going forward due to this type of obstacles so he's like PEACE!
Windhorst is saying they are going to let him choose his team to go to so looks to be the Knicks but my thing is wouldn’t that just be the same constructed team he had with the Bucks with Dame? He’s playing with another small guard in Brunson. The better fits would be Atlanta, Spurs, Lakers. As a Bucks fan, I'm fine with Giannis leaving. I don't want us to keep him too long & prevent him from winning more, the way the Packers did Aaron Rodgers. Hear me out, I think the Pistons should trade for Giannis. They're the #1 seed, but I'm sure nobody actually thinks they're going win the chip. It's just like OKC 2 years ago when they got the the #1 seed, & nobody believed in them because they were still "too young", and they ended up losing early in the Playoffs that year. The Pistons are in a similar situation, they're still too young. Piston fans might get mad at this, but imagine if they traded Tobias Harris, Jalen Duren, & some other guy for Giannis. I know Detroit probably loves Duren & he's going to be an Allstar, but in the long run, he probably won't become as great as Giannis. I mean you never know, he could be, but chances are unlikely he'll be a Giannis caliber player. This trade will make Pistons a legitimate contender, Cade & Giannis on paper looks like an awesome duo, & the Bucks gets some picks & can build around young guys like Rollins & Duren.

there is plenty of blame to go around for the Bucks this year and that includes Giannis… No accountability whatsoever from this guy, knowing damn well he's part of the team's make up over the years… this is exhausting, guy preaches about loyalty and then wants to be passive aggressive about leaving. He literally has one foot in and one foot out. As a player, how can you buy in and compete when you know your leader isn't bought in himself.
