For the Hawks, it has to be like Giannis and Thanasis for Johnson, Daniels, Alexander-Walker, and 2 first round picks.
For the Spurs, it has to be like Giannis, Thanasis, and Portis for Castle, Vassell, Harper, Barnes, and 3 first round picks.

Milwaukee is already low key doing that and that’s why Giannis wants out. For a small market franchise that didn’t win anything in 50 years, that 21’ title will last them at least another 20.

Lets say they trade Castle + Vassell + Picks for Giannis. A starting 5 of Fox, Wemby, Giannis, Barnes, Champagnie is actually insane. Harper, Carter Bryant, KJ, Kornet, Sochan off the bench is still really strong.

and on top of this trae young is worth first round picks and it sounds like we need to give up 6 or 7 first and 4 years of our future for giannis when Jalen is literally doing the same thing. yall just wanna see trae leave
Spurs would be awesome but I really fear that Wemby is gonna have too many injury issues to go all the way in the playoffs if they have to trade castle and other good pieces.
I'd keep Castle and send out Harper as the inticing part for the Bucks.

No Trae has a player option he is technically expiring as well. I don’t see bucks taking that trade and paying Trae 250 million to be on another rebuild without Gianni’s. Honestly as a hawks fan I’d rather see what Trae can do with this team because he has only played 5 games so far. If hawks trade Trae it would be be for lavine because Dyson is shooting horrible but he is passing well and getting assists and the hawks would like at that and start NAW with lavine and have Dyson as our 6th man and for defensive situations. I hope Trae just comes to ball and none of this happens but if it does I think lavine makes more sense which is definitely going to be an unpopular opinion lol
That hawks trade would be great for both sides. You get a 27 year old 4 time all star and a guaranteed top 3 pick in a loaded draft. Hawks get an instant 4-5 year title contention window.
