I was at the game and this mistake had reeves score 2 points to time the game and then 20 seconds after that the final sequence happens and they make the 3. There was bad calls all game but this was the worst as it literally lost the raptors the game. It was so inexcusable, Lebron gets away with so much.

Darko feels guilty if he doesn't get his starters on the floor at the end of the 4th. Darko 's coaching by tradition, not cleverly. Your starters lost the first QR (always), then, the bench comes in to rescue them, and we could think common sense would prevail and tell you, "they lose the first QR, they will also lose the last 5 mins of the 4th. gonna do something different here". It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. So, what's the solution? Leave the performers players on the floor till the game's over. And leave the lazy ones, like IQ on the bench. We know IQ can't guard shit.
This coaching staff and front office keep acting like having a real backup center doesn’t matter, and it’s killing us every time Jakob Poeltl isn’t on the floor. It should not take this many losses for them to understand that without him the team basically cannot win.
You cannot fake having a center. You cannot scheme around it. The position gives you the easiest offense in basketball: rebounds, rim protection, rim deterrence, lobs, easy finishes. That is what guys like Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka provided. They gave the team simple, reliable scoring when everything slowed down in the playoffs.
And to be completely honest shit, Bobby Webster, this refusal to prioritize a center has been dragging the team down for half a decade. Fix it. I am tired of the same mistake being repeated over and over, and if nothing changes, this might be the last ticket I buy.
I thought it was a game for the Raptors – big difference from last year. Remember where we were a year ago. It was a good shot for the Lakers at the end.could have gone either way. I am proud of how they played. Hard to believe we are in second place. The Lakers are in second place in the west and the game reflected a good match. They had Luka out, we had RJ and Jak out.
