hey everyone Happy Saturday
I was so frustrated to see another 40 point quarter by an opposing team. I was ready to turn the game off. This team last year would not have won this game. I don't like that they went down by 23 and I also don't like that they nearly blew an 11 point 4th quarter lead, but damn it is impressive that this team gutted it out and won. Last year this would have turned into a 30-40 point loss by the end of the 4th.

I said this on the DNVR show, no response. But literally 4 different people GUARANTEED jamal would score 10 or less and be terrible for the next month. He's averaging 7 more points than he ever has before, with career highs in every category, and good efficiency, but these haters NEED him to be bad. They'll never let it go and just see it for what it is. He's actually made a leap that I gave up hope on him making. He's putting work in before February
Mal's defense in the 2nd half was the key to the game. He really stepped up.

I can't praise this team; they lack defensive intensity. The marking on Cam Johnson, Spencer Jones, and Peyton Watson is awful. They're fast, but they don't know how to pressure the wings and guards. Denver is the team conceding so many three-pointers because of these three players and the coach's poor defensive system. I root for Denver, but David Alderman is clearly a weak coach to win a championship.
