This coach is failing at coaching young Black men. He's not firm enough, too timid, too nice. Team displays low effort, lack of discipline, no defined roles, no team identity. There's no structure. They take it to the basket and score, go inside to post-ups, get to FT line off strong drives. Cavs only have 1 player who drives it hard (Mitchell) and have 0 guys who post strong (Allen and Mobley not strong enough).

I know we shouldn't be negative, but be HONEST! We are playing like 4 yrs ago. 1. I do Not see the team as cohesive. No togetherness like the past 3 yrs. Everyone was supportive. For instance, when the come out announcing their names. They don't look together. 2. They look like they don't know who there covering. Last year we come out playing fast, which was great. We do have some sparks and Kenny needs to let them playing together longer when there in. Tyson is doing AWESOMENESS. Tomlin, Porter and I think Protor can really add. PRACTICE, PRACTICE PRACTICE. Coaches work better on those line ups. Use the ones working 💪 together. Mitchell can't do everything. Mobley needs to do better much better! Garland… I know he's hurt then stay Out!
