The reason Jaylen Brown’s numbers aren’t better is because he chases the most difficult minutes and games. Jayson would insist playing every game, especially, the easy ones. Jayson would stay in for several extra minutes into garbage time, etc. The other stars stat pad. Jaylen Brown is the type of guy that will call the game quits if his team is up 40 at the half even if he is at 29, 9 and 9.
Jaylen’s greatness comes to life when you breakdown his stats over the minutes that he has played compared to everyone else’s stats over minutes played. Jaylen is a winner not a stat padder that fills up the stat sheet. Jaylen will be the reason that Jayson Tatum gets MVP at some point. Jayson would have a MVP caliber season without Jaylen but the team would forever be middling and that’s even if you add the stars that Jayson wanted.
If D.White or JB get a serious injury for all these minutes they should not be playing. I am going off in here
